The playlist shuffle tag

So I was not tagged at this at all but I saw it on chocolatenwafflesblog and it sounded pretty cool so why not?

Rules:

#1 List the first 10 songs that come on shuffle (no skipsies)
#2 Then write your favorite lyric (or verse) from that song
#3 Tag others

Heartbeat // Childish Gambino

I’m a ghost and you know this.

Green & Gold // Lianne La Havas

Six years old
Staring at my nose in the mirror
Trying to dip my toes in the mirror
Thinking ‘Who’s that girl?’
And ‘Does the mirror world go on forever?’

Satisfied // Hamilton (YESSS)

So this is what it feels like to match wits
With someone at your level! What the hell is the catch? It’s
The feeling of freedom, of seein’ the light
It’s Ben Franklin with a key and a kite! You see it, right?

Virginia Moon // Foo Fighters (Ft. Norah Jones)

Dearest constellation, heaven surrounding you
Stay there, soft and blue. Virginia Moon, I’ll wait for you tonight.

Hurricane // MS MR

Nights like this I become afraid
Of the darkness in my heart

Son of Man // Phil Collins (Tarzan Soundtrack)

In learning you will teach
And in teaching you will learn

The Blower’s Daughter // Damien Rice

And so it is
The shorter story
No love, no glory
No hero in her skies.

Live Forever // Oasis

Maybe I just want to fly
I want to live, I don’t want to die
Maybe I just want to breathe
Maybe I just don’t believe

Sounds Like Hallelujah // The Head and the Heart

I’m just waitin’ on the moon
With all the stars and all its gloom
We can watch it fall right back into place

Home // Edward Sharpe & The Magnetic Zeros

Laugh until we think we’ll die, barefoot on a summer night

I’m gonna be honest with you, I know it said no skipping but because I had a lot of classic music I had to :/ Anyway this was fun and I was not even tagged so I’m not going to tag anybody, you’re free to do it if it sounds like fun to you!

See ya!
